Ingredients : 

1200 g halved small patty pan squash
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 minced garlic cloves
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
2. in a large bowl, and combine pepper, thyme, oregano, salt, garlic, and oil.
3. Sprinkle atop the squash and then toss to coat.
4. Transfer squash onto a greased tray in the basket of your air fryer.
5. Cook for 12 minutes while stirring often until tender.
6. Drizzle with parsley.
