Ingredients :

453 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and then halved
1½ tsp minced Fresh rosemary
120 g Panko bread crumbs
2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Salt

Directions :

1. Start by preheating your air fryer to 180 °C.
2. Place the garlic cloves, olive oil, pepper, and salt into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in a microwave for 30 seconds on high.
3. Mix the Brussels sprouts with two tbsp of the oil mixture. Put the sprouts into the basket of the air fryer and then cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Stir the sprouts and then continue to cook for about 8 minutes until they are browned lightly and close to the
desired tenderness. Remember to stir when half the cooking time.
5. Combine the bread crumbs with rosemary and the remaining oil mixture. Drizzle atop the sprouts.
6. Continue to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until the sprouts are tender and the crumbs are browned. Serve right away.
Tips:
It’s recommended that you peel any dirty or wilted outer leaves before transferring them into the air fryer. Note that the cook times may vary depending on the type of brand you use.
