Ingredients :

2 medium ripe avocados
12 bacon strips
Sauce:
2-3 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
1 tsp grated lime zest
1-2 tbsp lime juice
120 g mayonnaise

Directions :

1. Start preheating the air fryer to reach a temperature of 205 °C.
2. Slice each avocado in half. Take out the pit and then peel. Slice each half into thirds.
3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each avocado wedge.
4. In batches if necessary, arrange the wedges in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer and then cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the bacon cooks through.
5. In the meantime, mix the sriracha sauce, zest, mayonnaise, and lime juice.
6. Serve the wedges together with the sauce.
