(Preparation Time: 50 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 6-7)

Ingredients :

Sweet chili sauce and extra green onions (as required)
2 packages softened cream cheese (226 g each)
450 g chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce
3 chopped green onions
24 spring roll wrappers
1 tsp seasoned salt
220 g coleslaw mix
Cooking spray
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, green onions, and coleslaw mix. Let sit while
cooking chicken.
2. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in a greased tray in the basket. Cook for about 18 to 20 minutes until the
internal temperature reaches 74 °C.
3. Remove the chicken and let it cool a bit. Chop the meat finely and toss it with the seasoned salt.
4. Increase the temperature of the air fryer to 205 °C. Combine Sriracha chili sauce and cream cheese in a large
bowl. Stir in coleslaw mixture and chicken.
5. With one corner of a spring wrapper pointing at you, pour about two tbsp of the filling below the middle of the wrapper. (Use a damp paper towel to cover the remaining wrappers until when ready to use them.) Fold the bottom corner over the filling and then moisten the edges with water. Roll the side corners towards the middle over the filling. Fold up tightly and press the tip to seal. Repeat this process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
6. Working in batches, place the rolls on a greased tray in a basket in a single layer. Sprinkle cooking spray on top.
7. Air fry for about 5 to 6 minutes until browned lightly. Flip and sprinkle with cooking spray. Cook for 5 to 6
minutes until crisp and golden brown.
8. Serve with some sweet chili sauce and drizzle green onions if you like.
