Ingredients :

57 g cream cheese, slice into 4 pieces
5 sheets phyllo dough (14×9 inches)
60 g shredded provolone cheese
60 g fully chopped cooked ham
2 tsp seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp minced chives
60 g melted butter
4 large eggs
⅛ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp salt

Directions :

1. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C. On a work surface, place one sheet of the phyllo dough. Rub with butter. Lay 4
more phyllo sheets and brush each layer.
2. Cover the remaining phyllo with a damp towel to prevent them from drying out. Slice the layered sheets crosswise
in half and then slice lengthwise in half.
3. Transfer each stack into a greased ramekin of 120 ml. Add a piece of cream cheese to fill each.
4. Gently break 1 egg into each cup. Drizzle with pepper and salt. Top with chives, bread crumbs, cheese, and ham. Bring the phyllo together above the filling. Seal by pinching and form bundles.
5. Transfer the ramekins to the tray in the basket and smear them with the remaining butter.
6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve while still warm.
